Palm Jebel Ali — an architectural and engineering masterpiece by Nakheel Properties, is part of the unique Palm Islands archipelago project. The island resembles a date palm when viewed from above. Similar to Palm Jumeirah but twice its size, it covers an area of 144M sq. ft.
This man-made island is one of Dubai’s most anticipated projects. It will become a highly sought-after destination for both living and leisure. Palm Jebel Ali will extend Dubai’s coastline by 110 km, with residents enjoying access to 90 km of beach area.
The master developer of the project is Nakheel Properties, who is known for the iconic Palm Jumeirah. As Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai stated, “We have grand ambitions, and we are confident in our ability to turn this magnificent project into reality. Palm Jebel Ali will contribute to Dubai’s infrastructure development and strengthen the emirate’s position as one of the world’s leading metropolises. This innovative project reflects our strategic development plan, which aims to improve quality of life and increase happiness for residents.”
